The AYGMP is for adoptees who are desiring to find home within yourself, accept more of your truth, be able to confidently voice who you are + what you actually want/need in your relationships so that you no longer settle for what doesn’t serve you or your growth.

In this three month program I guide you through trauma-informed self-empowerment practices for you to feel safe + held in accepting your truth, growing from your pain, sharing from your heart, + loving who you really are.

Reiki has been used around the world for thousands of years. The word Reiki is made up of two words, Rei in Japanese means “spirit” or “spiritual wisdom”, Rei in Hebrew means “my shepherd” or “protector”. Ki or chi in Japanese is “life energy”.

I offer distance Reiki sessions where I send energy or if in-person I place my hands lightly on or just above the client with the goal of facilitating the person’s own healing process.
